Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), encrypted in transit via HTTPS, and backed up regularly. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
4. Payment Data
Payment information is processed by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We only receive a Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), cloud processing services (document generation), and Vercel (hosting). All are GDPR-compliant.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Document history is retained for 12 months. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
