FreelancerAI provides business productivity tools for freelancers, agencies and small businesses. The Service includes access to professional document builders, content planning tools and workflow automation features based on your subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed every 3 months. You can cancel at any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all documents and content produced using our Service. You may use any output for commercial purposes without attribution. We do not claim any rights to what you create.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create harmful, illegal, or misleading content. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Document Output Disclaimer

All documents and content produced through the Service should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any output for a specific purpose. Legal documents produced by our tools should be reviewed by a qualified professional.

8. Limitation of Liability

FREELANCER AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
