1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FREELANCER AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
FreelancerAI provides AI-powered business productivity tools for freelancers and small businesses, helping create professional invoices, proposals, quotes, contracts, business documents and written content, based on your subscription plan.
3. End User License Agreement (EULA)
3.1 License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, FREELANCER AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own internal business purposes during the term of your active subscription.
3.2 License Restrictions
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (c) sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your access to the Service to any third party; (d) remove or obscure any proprietary notices; or (e) use the Service to build a competing product.
3.3 Ownership
FREELANCER AI and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all underlying software, technology, and trademarks. This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the Service itself. Ownership of the documents and content you generate using the Service is addressed in Section 6 (Content Ownership).
3.4 Term and Termination
This license is effective for as long as your subscription remains active. It terminates automatically if your subscription expires or is not renewed, or immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the Service.
3.5 Updates
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect your use of the Service.
4. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are sold as single, prepaid, fixed-duration access periods (starting at 3 months, with longer durations available for some payment methods). Access does not renew automatically at the end of the period. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes.
6. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all documents and content produced using our Service. You may use any output for commercial purposes without attribution. We do not claim any rights to what you create.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to create harmful, illegal, or misleading content. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Document Output Disclaimer
All documents and content produced through the Service are templates and drafts, generated with AI assistance, that you must review and adapt to your own situation before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any output for a specific purpose. FreelancerAI does not provide legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice, and outputs such as contracts, invoices, quotes and business plans should be reviewed by a qualified professional (lawyer, accountant, or other relevant expert) before you rely on them.
9. Limitation of Liability
FREELANCER AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
